Northend

It starts just north of Northwood Village and 25th Street and stretches to the northern edge of the city. It includes multiple neighborhoods, those on Flagler Drive to the east, the neighborhoods surrounding Broadway through to Lake Mangonia to the west.

Pleasant City

Established in 1905.

It is the oldest African-American Community in West Palm Beach and consists of a 27-block area.

Coleman Park

Combines old Lincoln Park and Tamarind neighborhoods. It runs from Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. up to 23rd St and east-to-west from Florida East Coast Railway tracks to the CSX Transportation tracks.
